This year’s SW Regional Town Hall Meeting will take place at the new Volvo Customer Center in Dublin VA.   This meeting will bring together businesses, community partners and regional leaders from two states to highlight workforce solutions, international trade opportunities, and Southeast U.S. transportation efficiency and safety while increasing truck weights to 91,000 lbs., expanding trailer lengths, improving traffic “hot spots” and all without converting I-81 into a truck-only tolling corridor.  There will be a demonstration of new Class 8 Volvo trucks, 6 axle trailers and expanded length trailers.

The meeting will start at 1pm and end at 5pm.  Attendees will tour the Volvo Customer Center from 5pm-7pm and enjoy a cocktail reception to include appetizers and Virginia Craft Beer.  This meeting is free to all Chamber members; however, you must register your attendance.
