The Tennessee Chamber and the Tennessee Manufacturers Association has been working in our capitol to enact a Single Sales factor tax method for Tennessee Manufacturers. This tax policy is aimed to enhance Tennessee’s competitiveness and help manufacturers grow in the Volunteer state. Our efforts are working, as Governor Haslam recently announced the IMPROVE Act which includes implementation of Single Sales Factor tax apportionment for manufacturers in Tennessee.
In order to make this a reality we need your help and engagement. Please join us February 15th beginning at 10 am until 11 am CST at the Tennessee Chamber offices in downtown Nashville, 414 Union Street, Suite 107, to learn more. We will have tax experts on hand as well as legislative leaders to discuss.
