Module 2: Goal Setting and Execution

Today’s leader must be versatile and adaptable. This training is designed for department heads, front line supervisors, team leaders and coordinators whether they are new to the position or have been in a leadership role for years. The seven (3hr/class) module course can be delivered according to your business needs.

Module 2: Goal Setting and Execution
All leaders must be able to establish goals and create a vision for how their teams can achieve individual and team goals that are integrated into higher level corporate goals. Importance of creating goals that are achievable yet stretch the team to reach higher levels of performance. This module reviews creating SMART goals and prioritizing and developing action plans. It also introduces the 4 Disciplines of Execution and discusses self-motivation and time management.
