Jason Pritchard – Jason is a Recovery Program Manager with Ballad Health who has previously struggled with addiction. He’s a certified peer recovery specialist in Tennessee and Virginia.

Panel:
Debbie Tate, Administrative Office of the Court is the administrative director of the Administrative Office of the Courts, overseeing an office of 75 people who provide training, legal education, technical, finance, and other support to trial and appellate judges and courts across the state.
Donald Jordan, West TN Healthcare/Pathways has worked as a mental health clinician for West Tennessee Healthcare for the past eight years. He is a graduate of Wheaton College and received a Masters in Social Work from Union University.
Paul Trivette of Pathway Treatment is the director of government affairs for Impact Healthcare, advocating for increased access to evidence-based treatment in Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, and Tennessee. He founded the Tennessee Recovery Coalition in 2016.
Closing Keynote
Marie Williams, Commissioner of Mental Health (LCSW), was appointed by Governor Bill Lee in January 2019 to be Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS) after having served in the role since October 2016. She leads the state’s public mental health and substance abuse authority with an annual budget of over $380 million.
