While not an entirely new term, soft skills commonly refer to personal attributes that enable one to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people. Now more than ever, even the most technically focused bankers are realizing their services are being minimized, customer satisfaction numbers are diminishing, and risk management is more of a challenge because Soft Skills are in decline, but now there is something you can do to combat all that!
